Cheese fondue appetizers

You will find many variations of our cheese fondue appetizer, from FRENCH GRUYERE which is a tasty swiss cheese melted with white wine  to our CHEDDAR MELT a blend of cheddar and monterrey jack cheeses melted in beer, and many more tastes in between.

Classic Cheddar Melt
Imported Swiss melted in white wine and cherry brandy with cracked black pepper. Cheddar and Monterey Jack melted in beer.

French Gruyére   Bruschetta
Swiss and Gruyere blend, melted with santéed onions in white wine and seasoned beef broth.
  Mozzarella melted in white wine with fresh basil, Roma tomatoes and garlic.

Queso   Formaggio
Cheddar and Monterey Jack melted in apple cider with fresh Pico de Gallo (with or without jalapeños).

  Six Cheese blend of Mozarrlla, provolone, Fontina Asiago, Parmesan, and pecorino Romano melted in white wine served with Marinara or pesto sauce.

Queso Blanco Spinach Artichoke
White cheddar and Pepper Jack melted in beer topped with cracked black pepper. Mozzarella melted with spinach, artichokes and white wine.
   
TFP Melt (That Fondue Place)
Cheddar and Monterey Jack melted with cream of broccoli mix, and beer garnished with scallions and hickory smoked bacon bits.
